I am Kanchan, member of W International holidays. My only major concern is that at the time of selling membership (Adil and Nisha), they were like " we will provide you 4-5 star/ best hotels like Radisson, Hyatt but whenever I ask them for the options they provide the cheap options which are available easily on other platforms @1700-3000 or even lesser On asking for more options they always say that they have only these options for the selected dates. Basically they try to make you fool by only putting cheaper options. Where is the benefits of being a member when you are not able to provide the hotels at least @3500 (what we paid). Sometimes they give options very far from the city. We are even okay to book the cheaper hotels, but why will we pay more amount to them for the same?? Charge only the amount it is showing on other platform or less as we deserve some discount being a member. The time we bought membership Adil had promised that he will book Radisson hotel in Shimla and later they were like we don't have nights there even during the time which is not peak for vacation. I have recording from Adil saying don't take my name in email, I am arranging it for you then they disapperead every email every call were unanswered, Their Senior named Vikas who were trying to bully us showing like he is a goon. Instead of helping he was forcing us with numbers we paid and helped nothing, finally we had to surprise visit them where all their scam happens at Hyatt Janakpuri and afte seeing us their faces turned pale so that we won't expose their scam to the guests, or I would say their next prey. So, Rohit claimed himself as lead gave us option to visit Jim Corbett and we went after that we asked for some resorts in NCR they said they have no option.
Everytime they do this and in the end, you feel very frustrated. Any person or family takes membership to avoid the burden of bookings and for hassle free travel. But they keep you busy with E mails for a month and in the end, you have to book by yourself. Anyhow you select the option provided by them and ask for booking, they will delay and then tell you that the same has been sold out. It happened with us Twice.
They don't have proper procedure or website booking. They just make booking through E mails. There is no transparency whether there are hotels available or not. We can't tolerate them for next 3 years. It's almost been 3 months They don't want us to book through them that's why they delay the things and, In the end, All options are sold out.


Please look into the matter. We have paid 65000+9500(AMC) for the package. We don't even want to talk to them .They don't even want to understand that why anyone will pay you more for any booking if it available for low cost on other site. Please help us to get our money refund because this vicious cycle will continue to run and our hard earned will go in vain.

We have chats and recordings as well for the reference to show how they fool customers.

There are many complaints on website also for similar kind of issues.
