Swiggy has done a big fraud with me. I order Afghani chicken momos and the payment was made. After getting call from the agent they told me everything is paid now. Now when the order get delivered he asked me for 21rs extra which I asked to Swiggy customer support and they said please make the payment and we will refund you. After making the payment when I came inside and opened the food it was wrong order. I ordered Afghani momos and got tandoori instead. Even after getting the wrong food the whole food was burned. I shared the live images with Swiggy on the chat and they are like sorry we can’t help you please email us. Even after sharing the live images they where no ready to listen at all.
These types of fraud are done by them daily but the thing is that not everyone has the time or report online
