I wish to lodge a complaint against Classic Pride Corporate Services Pvt. Ltd., Nashik for committing fraud and cheating me.
On 25.04.2024, the company approached me with a holiday and lifestyle membership scheme. They made me sign a contract on a ₹100 stamp paper, under which they promised the following:
• 28 days holiday package
• 2 free movie tickets per month
• 3 complimentary dinners per year
• 1-year free gym membership
• Summer camp for children
For this membership, I paid ₹76,500/- to the company.
However, after receiving the money, the company failed to provide any of the promised services/benefits. They stopped responding to my calls and messages, and their office in Nashik has been closed for the last 6 months.
This clearly amounts to cheating, misrepresentation, and fraud, causing me financial loss and mental harassment.
I therefore request you to:
1. Register my complaint against Classic Pride Corporate Services Pvt. Ltd. and its directors.
2. Take strict legal action under IPC Sections 406 (Criminal Breach of Trust), 420 (Cheating), and other applicable laws.
3. Help me recover my money of ₹76,500/- along with compensation for harassment.
