With reference to my apparel purchase made and delivered through your website on 29 December 2025, I am writing to request an urgent return and refund for the items received.
I have already attempted to contact your customer service multiple times via phone (9898843038, 9016149956), email (zayraapparel18@gmail.com), and WhatsApp, but unfortunately, I have not received any response. The Order number 17376507
The products received are unsuitable due to incorrect sizing (too short) and very poor material quality. I therefore request that you kindly arrange for the return pickup and exchange immediately.
