I would like to lodge a complaint against M-Linen, an online clothing company, for non-delivery of my order despite receiving full payment.

I placed an online order on 23 June 2026 for "3 Linen Shirts Combo Pack (4 Shirts) × 2" and made the full payment of ₹1,590. The order ID is 51351. However, even after several days, the order has not been delivered. The order status continues to show "Processing", and I have not received any update through email or phone regarding the shipment or expected delivery date.
Furthermore, I have repeatedly tried contacting the customer support number provided by the company, but the number remains switched off at all times. My emails and attempts to seek clarification have also gone unanswered.
The conduct of the company has caused inconvenience and raises concerns regarding the genuineness of the business and its services. I therefore request your good office to kindly investigate the matter, take appropriate action against the company, and help me obtain either the delivery of the ordered products or a full refund of the amount paid.
I shall be grateful for your prompt intervention and necessary action
in this matter.
