Details :I had ordered a saree from ethnic saree.in and they delivered it through bluedart company! They did not let me see the product before making the payment saying it is against the rule! So I shrugged it off and made the payment but when I opened the saree it was the worst ever! I am sending them emails asking for refund since the day the saree was delivered i.e 1st April and they are neither redressing my problem nor responding to the emails! Then after 2 days I lodged a complaint to national consumer helpline but their reminders sent to the company are going to deaf ears! I cannot wait anymore! I want my refund as soon as possible! Please make them pay my money back!
