Dear sir,
Regarding the above-cited subject, I would like to inform you about my apathetic situation: Mr. Suvendu Moharana, At-Santsahi, PO/PS/Dist-kendrapara, Odisha. I bought a Hyundai i-20 sports car bearing RTO Number-OD 05 AU 3531 from Utkal Hyundai showroom, which is situated at Cuttack, Odisha, in December 2019. In January 2023 I was traveling with my family around 1.30 PM from Puri to Kendrapara and suddenly my car broke breakdown while driving, and I tried many times to restart it, but unfortunately, I was unable to start. The whole night with my family had spent there with very apathetic condition in this car with a very apathetic condition. After next day, I was sent my car to the nearest Bhubaneswar Hyundai showroom for repair purposes after a telephonic discussion with a concerned representative officer from Hyundai. They had checked and told me that my car engine will be completely damaged, and it will be replaced, and the company will bear of the cost 50% and the owner will bear 50%. After lots of discussion, I agreed on the condition that they will give a new engine with 1 1-year warranty and I have to pay for same as discussed. After a period of 6 to 7 months, they responded to me and finally, I got my car from the Hyundai showroom in December 2023 after making the payment of the cost 1,31,316.00(81,316.00 by online & 50,000.00 hard cash). But the matter of sorrow is that the same thing had happened after 4 months, repeatedly, when I was travelling to Taranda (Bipradiha-Angul) with official purpose, and the same problem happened with my car in a deep wildlife sanctuary area. After attempting several times, the engine did not respond, so I faced a lot of problems and brought my car to Athamallik by arranging a local tractor and sent the nearest Hyundai showroom (Angul). After several times, I requested to change the engine due to the Warranty existing, but the service Manager denied that and replied that it cannot be replaced, but it may be repaired. After one month, the vehicle was repaired and handed over to me, and the repair cost was 10000 rupees. Then they assured me that the same problem would not be repeated in the future.
After two days, I was returning to Bhubaneswar from Angul with my wife at 7 pm. In the same situation, was happened at the point of Madhapur. My car was not started, and the engine sounded very loud, and some of the engine parts broke. I called a tractor and brought the car to Athamallik
The situation is very dangerous for me and my wife in a wildlife century area I can't explain that night to others how my wife survived.
The next day, I sent my car to Binod hyundai showroom for checking the proposal. After discussing with a Hyundai employee, they told me that my car engine has been changed and it's covered with engine warranty, and they replaced the engine.
After two months, they gave me my car and demanded 16000 rupees. I paid him and came to my home in my car.
The next four days I moving the Athamallik market with my car. The same thing happened, the engine was sound loudly and the engine part broke. I discussed this matter with Hyundai employee, but they threatened me if I made a complaint to anyone, they would show me who they are.
Then I decided to make a case against the Hyundai company.

Matter is What type of engine is being made by Hyundai company? Is it possible for a lower middle-class person to buy a car while he crosses a lot of financial problems like re-payment of all installments, insurance, and also paying for repairs? what will happen if a person changes three times the car engine and also pays money for engine replacement every time in 5.2 years in only 26000 km running? what is the guarantee that the same problem would not repeat after the repair of the Engine? That's why I decided to not change the engine and not to send any showroom for repair purposes.
The car is now in Athamallik I don't want this car again and I want a new car from Hyundai.
I'm a middle-class person, and my monthly salary is 41000 per month. I give 12250 EMI every month for my car. I bought this car for my family and me purpose. My father is a heart person, 4 stents of stent inject my father's heart. He goes to Bhubaneswar two times per month, thats why I bought a car. What is my benefit to buy a car if my parents are always dependent to rented cars a lot of things I can't explain to you, sir, because I'm helpless.
