I recently ordered a product whose delivery partner was Trackon. It was supposed to get delivered by 15th June,2026. I received a phone call from Trackon Delivery boy that he will deliver it in an hour or two. I did not receive any call back after that and when i came to track my order on the website, it has been showing delivered and received by self. I have not yet received anything and on top of that the delivery boy has blocked my number.
The picture of delivery is also added in the website with a forged signature of mine. That is not my handwriting.
Despite my many attempts to contact trackon , i have not received any mails or calls from their side. I have even registered a complaint on their grievance portal and it has been 4 days and i have not received any information.
I am calling them everyday and on top of that the customer executives have been blaming me for the missing order.
