Hi, my name is Nikhil and I’m a regular customer of Reliance smart bazar.
Today i am just visit the store and finding the product what I want. When i see the MRP of product then I decide to purchase that product sometime later, and suddenly I see the bottle of perfume that is used, empty and old. I thought this is a trial bottle, that’s why I used 2-3 spray and put that bottle Back on that trolley. After that the lady staff i don’t know the name of that staff she speaks loudly and told me you are a thief, you try to steal that bottle and when I said her and request to checking the cameras and then decide what was happening but when i told the branch manager same issue then he said i can complain against you or you can pay for that product. I understand that it’s my mistake I used that perfume because I think that’s a trial bottle. I paid the amount of that used empty bottle because of that allegation. I want justice and compensation. Staff behaviour is very aggressive and abuse to me. I am a regular customer of Reliance smart bazar I purchased many products from store and online in my past.
