I ordered Reebok shoes (Reebok Mens Rmsora3503 Sneaker) on 27-Dec-2025. I received the product on 30-Dec-2025 with a delay of one day. Now when I checked the item I immediately raised the request with Amazon send the picture of the wrong item.
I kept following up with them and they did not listen. Now when I finally reached their customer service, they simply refused saying they sent the correct order only. They are not even taking it that the seller has sent a totally different item.
It is a torture and simply a fraud.

Please help
