I am writing to formally complain regarding a serious issue with my recent order.

Item Received: Formal shirt.
I received the wrong product on 19th APR from myntra. I immediately raised a return request on the Myntra App. However, Myntra support has denied my request/failed to initiate a return, claiming that the correct product was delivered, which is completely false.
Evidence Attached:
Photographs of the wrong item received.
Photographs of the packaging/label.
Copy of the invoice.
Screenshots of the return denial.
I have already contacted customer support, but I have not received any resolution.
Resolution Required:
I demand an immediate pick-up of the wrong product and a full refund of my payment, amounting to ₹3950 within 7 days.
If I do not receive a satisfactory resolution by 07May - 7 days from now, I will be forced to file a formal complaint with the National Consumer Helpline (NCH) and the Consumer Court for deficiency in service and unfair trade practices.
