It is with great sadness that I have to write that an agent of HDFC (whose details are attached) lied and cheated us into giving us two policies. Realizing the fraud, we contacted this agent number of times as well as many other people of HDFC and tried to get back our fraudulently acquired money but no one helped us.
The HDFC policy seller had promised to pay ONE entire premium from his commission, which he did not do and we stopped paying further premiums after two premiums due to this breach of promise and fraud.
For which we received many phone calls from different people regarding the premium, to whom we informed every time about this fraud but no one provided any help. On the contrary, he has violated our privacy by calling us even on holidays and has caused us mental anguish.
HDFC Bank looks more like a gang of irresponsible people than a bank when it adopts unethical tactics to increase its business.
Over time, this matter remained in the background due to the priority of fulfilling the essential responsibilities of life.
We want our money back.
