The membership of Rs. 1,05,000 was offered to us for holiday packages offers, we did the payment of same using credit card of my wife in Manali.
We take membership in month of June,2025 but till now we don’t receive any membership id from company side and nobody reply of my call, email and message.
5 EMI we have paid to company.
So many times we have try to contact below provided numbers

I want my Money Refunded back from such fraud company and raise a complaint against this Ferninn Holidays Pvt. Ltd. Company
I want to stop my EMI of Credit Card but Bank said ask Merchant to stop it.
Now, I am not able to stop my EMI.
Plz help me in stop the EMIs
