The delivery boy has picked the return product on 19th February 2026 at 8.33PM. The CC TV phootage are also there as proof. I raised a Complaint with AJIO with ID COM00102191832 on Raised on 21st Feb 2026 the issue was not resolved. Again a raised a complaint Complaint ID COM00102623359 on 2nd Mar 2026. Th e issue is not resolved till date. They are telling that they have not received the product .Hence cannot return the amounts. The delivery boy(Shadow fax Delivery) has raised pin number many times on 19th february and he has taken the product without updating the pin. I am at loss . I do not have the product and AJIO is not issuing refund. I dont know shadowfax . I have ordered on AJIO and they are responsible for the fraud committed by their delivery agents.
