Fraud & Vendor Misconduct carpenter services on NoBrokerHood

I want an urgent registered complaint against vendor/carpenter Shammin, booked via NoBrokerhood for wardrobe installation at my flat
Issues Identified:
1. Material Fraud / Breach of Contract: The agreed specifications were Century Ply HDMR, Marino Sunmica, and Hettich Fittings. Instead, duplicate/inferior materials were used (Green Color Board instead of Century HDMR, Croma Sunmica, and Alcos Fittings), while charging full rates for original premium materials.
2. Project Abandonment: The carpenter took full/major charges and has failed to return or complete the work for the past 10 days.
3. Misrepresentation: A visit to his stated address (D179, Sector 10) revealed counterfeit materials being processed for multiple
