Complaint Description:
I had placed an order for "Starflex 360 Galaxy USB Projector" from the website junewatches.shop. The product shown on their website was a Galaxy Projector with galaxy/nebula effects. [Screensho]
But I received a completely different product - a basic "Star Decoration Lamp" which is just a red USB lamp. Both products are not the same at all.
Additional Serious Issue:
I tried to contact customer support multiple times on the email ID support@junewatches.shop given on their website.
All my emails are bouncing back with error "Address not found".
The company is providing a fake/non-working email and there is no way to reach them for complaint, refund or exchange. This is a clear case of deficiency in service.
This was my first purchase from their website.
Resolution Expected:
1. Full refund of ₹ to my original payment method
OR
2. Exchange with the correct "Starflex 360 Galaxy USB Projector" with free pickup of wrong item[Amount]
I request immediate intervention and action against the company.
