This company Hindustan logistics was confirmed for transporting my car by cargo truck but it transported by road unsafely. The car was to be transported from Delhi to Guwahati. They also removed the fastag and altered the odometer reading before the delivery. Now they deleted the bill from WhatsApp after I told them that I will file a complaint against this.
I am attaching chat details and other documents. I also received a fastag message from toll tax which confirms that the car was transported by road and not by truck.
The air conditioning of the car is smelling of cigarettes and lots of dust are there in the AC vents. Also they washed the car before delivery in absence of me to hand long run dirt.
