I ordered a pair of pants 2 pants where in their website it different it was showing its waterproof and it charged Rs1,000 for 2 pants but after receiving the product it was totally different it was not at is like it was shown it was low quality different product n there is no option for return or any message when I call the customer care number given in the bill it was totally fraud where an message was send after opening the like for return there was showing u have no orders it's was totally fraud 1000364208.jpg

Please follow the below steps:

Step 1
If you have paid through UPI like paytm or googlepay, visit NPCI website and register your complaint.

File an Online complaint with National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal: https://cybercrime.gov.in

Step 3
File a complaint with Payment Gateway Service Provide

If they receive too many complaint, they will instantly banned the website and the payment gateway.
