I am filing this complaint against snapmint and its seller Foxsky regarding a Tv remote and mounting stand is missing, i already shared opening videos with foxsky customer care as well as snapmint but it wont worked. they even not come for installation after raising so many calls. they ae not responding my calls, everytime there phone comes busy. some apps still not working in Tv but they are failed to resolve issue.
Despite cooperating and waiting patiently for over a month, I have not received the tv remote , and I have lost complete trust in both the brand and snapmint.
I Am Demanding TV remote as well technical service to run tv smoothly
Also i request people don't buy any product from snap mint as well specially FOXSKY. foxsky is fake.
