HI All,
I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against the unresolved refund for my Airtel Airfiber connection, which I purchased in October 2025 and cancelled in November 2025.

  • Initial Payment: ₹2500 (Paid via Airtel Sales Agent)
  • Pending Refund Amount: ₹1494
The Issue:
I purchased Airtel Airfiber WiFi in October 2025 and cancelled the connection in November 2025. I made an initial payment of ₹2500 through an Airtel sales agent and used the service for approximately one month. I am entitled to a remaining refund of ₹1494, which I still have not received.

I have escalated this issue to Airtel customer care multiple times via email. They claim the refund has already been processed and have provided transaction details. However, these transaction details are completely unrelated to my bank account. Despite conveying this multiple times and attaching my bank statements as proof, I continue to receive the same unhelpful responses.
