Extremely disappointing experience with Woodland! Despite multiple attempts, my issue remains unresolved.

My shoes have already been delivered, but the order status still shows “In Transit,” preventing me from initiating a return.

I have emailed customer support but received no response. I have also called customer care 3–4 times, only to hear, “All the representatives are busy” every single time. I am unable to reach anyone for assistance.

Why should customers have to chase a brand for a basic return request? Neither email nor telephone support is providing a resolution.

@WoodlandWorldwide , please correct the order status, enable my return, and resolve this issue immediately. This lack of accountability and customer support is unacceptable.
