The delivery executive assigned to my order was extremely unprofessional, acted rudely when I asked for clarification, and refused to deliver the package to the designated location. This poor service quality does not align with the standards expected from Flipkart.
As a customer, I find this behavior unacceptable. Please investigate this matter urgently and take the necessary corrective action to ensure such incidents do not recur. In this regard, I am attaching the order ID details for further assistance.
