Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing this to formally raise a complaint against Livpure for their extremely poor and unprofessional service.
I had raised a service request for my Livpure water purifier, which is still under warranty. However, despite repeated follow-ups, there has been no proper response or resolution from the company’s side. The delay in providing service is unacceptable and is causing significant inconvenience and health risks due to the lack of clean drinking water.
The purifier has been malfunctioning, and I initially raised the request on 12th July 2025. Yet, even after multiple reminders, there has been no proper response or technician visit. Every time I contact customer care, I am given false assurances and empty promises that the issue will be resolved "soon."
This delay has caused considerable inconvenience, especially as clean drinking water is a basic necessity. Livpure’s negligence and lack of accountability are completely unacceptable. I had expected far better service from a company that claims to be a leader in the water purification industry.
I request immediate action and resolution of my issue. Please treat this complaint with urgency.
