I am writing to formally register a complaint regarding the unacceptable service I have experienced with Excitel.

My internet connection has been non-functional since 26th April 2026. I raised a support ticket (#76331065) on 27th April 2026 at 9:53 AM, yet despite continuous follow-ups, there has been no resolution or meaningful response from your side.

Over the past nine days, I have repeatedly contacted customer support, only to receive the same generic replies without any progress. Even after escalating the matter to Manager Shreya Sharma, no action has been taken, and she has failed to respond to my concerns.

This prolonged outage has caused significant disruption to my work and personal commitments. Furthermore, Excitel has neither resolved the issue nor refunded the amount I paid for services that have not been delivered.
I hereby demand the following actions:

  1. Immediate resolution of my internet connection issue.
  2. Refund for the period of non-service.
  3. Imposition of appropriate penalties on Excitel for negligence and failure to provide promised services.
