I am writing to formally lodge a complaint as a highly dissatisfied customer regarding my RO service request handled by your authorized service agency, Mascat Technical Services, Bhopal.

I registered a service request on 23rd December 2025, and your technician, Mr. Arvind, visited on 24th December 2025. I had clearly requested a complete assessment of the machine, as it had not been in use for over a year, to avoid repeated expenses. I was assured that only a filter change was required, and based on this assurance, I proceeded with the payment.

However, immediately after the service, the RO stopped functioning. Since then, I have experienced repeated misdiagnoses, demands for additional payments, delays, and a complete lack of resolution despite continuous follow-ups. The issue remains unresolved even after nearly three months.

Additionally, I would like to highlight the following concerns:

  • I paid approximately ₹8000 to your representative but was not provided with any receipt.
  • The service agency is now denying receipt of this payment.
  • Due to the non-functional RO, I have incurred an additional expense of approximately ₹6000-7000 on purchasing water as on today.
This situation reflects serious negligence, miscommunication, and has caused both financial loss and significant mental distress.

Furthermore, I am extremely disappointed with the lack of accountability from your team:

  • The Area Service Manager, Mr. Chotu Kumar Singh, has been unprofessional and unresponsive, and has not made any effort to resolve the matter.
  • The Service Manager at Mascat Technical Services, Ms. Rakhi, did not respond despite multiple follow-ups.
  • Even after escalating the matter to the Kent RO Priority Desk, no resolution has been provided.
  • Despite repeated follow-ups, your team has refused to replace the faulty part that was earlier incorrectly declared functional and is instead insisting on additional payment.
In light of the above, I request the following:
  • Full refund of ₹8000 paid
  • Reimbursement of additional water expenses incurred due to service failure
  • Immediate escalation to a senior authority for prompt resolution
As the matter is not getting resolved and my case keeps getting closed from Kent ROwithout any resolution, I am compelled to escalate it to the cossumer forum.

I expect a prompt and fair resolution.
