I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding order #JM6A53561201CE10BD90, which was delivered yesterday.

Upon receiving the package, I observed that the box was already damaged and opened. When I questioned the delivery personnel, they informed me that the parcel was handed over to them by Reliance Digital in that exact condition. Upon inspection of the contents, it was evident that the charger cable provided is a counterfeit/duplicate product and not the genuine item I ordered.

I immediately initiated a return request within 5 minutes of delivery. However, I am deeply disappointed that both JioMart and Reliance Digital have denied my request for a return or replacement.

I have maintained comprehensive evidence of this fraudulent transaction, including:

  • CCTV footage of the delivery and unboxing process.
  • Photographs and videos taken at the time of opening the package showing the damaged packaging and the counterfeit cable.
The Elpro Mall branch of Reliance Digital is engaging in unethical practices by supplying customers with counterfeit goods. When I contacted the store at 8591310491, he refused to return/refund. As I purchased this item online specifically to avoid the inconvenience of travel, it is unreasonable to expect me to travel 10 km to rectify a mistake caused by your store’s negligence and fraudulent sales practices.
