Respected Sir/Madam,
I am writing to formally raise my concerns regarding the persistent issues with Airtel services and the lack of resolution despite multiple complaints since 2025.
1. Despite raising numerous complaints about network issues, no solution has been provided. Instead, complaints are being closed with the remark “issue has been resolved,” which is factually incorrect.
2. Starting October 2025, my Airtel Black service plan for Wi-Fi was changed from INR 398 to INR 499 without any prior intimation. Furthermore, the original plan is no longer being provided, and it has not been merged into Airtel Black yet.
3. On 3rd January 2026, I made two recharges of INR 943 and INR 589. To date, this balance has not been reflected in my Wi-Fi account. Despite repeated follow-ups, no resolution has been provided, and complaints continue to be closed without addressing the issue.
4. On 9th February 2026, I received a mobile postpaid bill of INR 182, which was already paid. However, after three days, another bill of INR 233 was generated. This is highly irregular, as the next bill should only be generated in the following month.
Since becoming an Airtel customer, I have faced only mental disturbance and significant time loss. In the last four months alone, I have made approximately 500 calls to Airtel Customer Care, yet no satisfactory resolution has been achieved.
Given the repeated failures and misleading closure of complaints, I am now compelled to pursue legal action and file a court case against Airtel for deficiency of service and unfair practices. Additionally, I have now decided to port my mobile services to another provider due to the continued lack of accountability and transparency.
I request immediate intervention and a written explanation regarding these issues before I proceed with legal steps.
Sincerely,
Sushil
