To whom it may concern,
I am filing this formal complaint against De Feliz Vacation Travel Agency regarding deceptive marketing practices, failure to provide promised services, and lack of customer support.
On 22nd December 2024, I was induced into purchasing a membership based on misleading verbal and written assurances of premium travel services and responsive customer support. These claims have proven to be entirely false.
Despite multiple attempts to contact De Feliz Travel Agency via phone and email, there has been no response from their side. The services promised at the time of sale were never delivered, and the entire experience has caused significant financial and emotional distress.
I request your assistance and help in recovering a full refund of ₹ 50,000 rupees, as the company has failed to uphold its contractual and ethical obligations. I am including the following documentation in support of my complaint:
