Hi Team,
I placed an order with Savana on 1st June 2026
under Order ID: S011260601223617093001 for clothing items.
However, the products delivered to me were completely incorrect and did not match what I had ordered.
When I contacted Savana's customer support regarding this issue, they refused to accept the return or issue a refund, despite me clearly receiving the wrong items. This is an unfair trade practice and a violation of my consumer rights under the Consumer Protection Act.
I am attaching the following evidence for verification:
