Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against Livpure regarding the unsatisfactory customer service and failure to resolve a critical issue related to my RO water purifier.
I have been a Livpure RO customer for several years. On 01.05.2026, I raised a service request (Job Sheet ID: JS-260501084851041) after noticing a significant deterioration in the quality of drinking water (TDS is above 170) produced by the purifier.
Despite repeated follow-ups with Livpure’s customer support team over the past several weeks, the issue remains unresolved. On every interaction, I was merely provided with local service contact numbers and instructed to coordinate directly with them. However, none of the provided contacts responded to my calls or messages despite multiple attempts from my side. I consistently communicated this lack of response to the customer support team, yet no effective corrective action was taken.
Although my calls were frequently escalated to senior representatives, no accountability, timeline, or satisfactory resolution has been provided to date.
Further, on 12.06.2026, I was kept on hold by customer support for more than 30 minutes without receiving any meaningful assistance or update. This reflects a serious deficiency in customer service and negligence in handling customer grievances.
In addition, I have sent multiple reminder emails to their official support email address (customercare@livpure.com). While I received automated acknowledgements immediately, I have never received any actual response, update, or resolution from their support team.
The issue concerns drinking water quality, which directly impacts the health and safety of my family. The prolonged delay, lack of responsiveness, and failure to provide service despite repeated follow-ups are highly unacceptable and have caused significant inconvenience, mental stress, and loss of confidence in the company’s service commitments.
I therefore request the Consumer Forum to take appropriate action against Livpure and direct the company to:
