Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to lodge a formal complaint against Jobs Help Consultancy (JHC) and an individual representing himself as Shankar from JHC, regarding a payment of ₹2,500 made by me on 24 August 2026 towards promised job-placement/recruitment assistance.

The consultancy represented that, upon payment of the said amount, they would assist me in aligning job interviews and supporting me with job placement opportunities.

Relying on these representations, I made the payment of ₹2,500 on 24 August 2026.

However, after receiving the payment, the concerned person and the consultancy have failed to provide the promised service. Despite my repeated attempts to contact them, they have stopped responding to my calls and messages. I have also attempted to contact the concerned person through WhatsApp/chat, but there has been no satisfactory response.

  1. Payment/transaction proof of ₹2,500.
  2. WhatsApp/chat conversations with the concerned person.
  3. Call history and communication records.
  4. Any messages or representations made by JHC regarding interview/job-placement assistance.
  5. Details of the website and contact information used by the consultancy.
  6. Call recordings and other relevant evidence available with me.
I request the concerned authority to kindly investigate the matter and take appropriate action as per applicable law, including examining whether the representations made to me were genuine and whether the promised recruitment services were actually intended to be provided.

I also request assistance in obtaining a refund of ₹2,500 paid by me for the service that has not been provided.

I am willing to provide all supporting documents, screenshots, transaction details, chat records, call recordings and other evidence required for investigation.

I request that my complaint be formally registered and that I be provided with a complaint/docket/reference number for future correspondence and tracking.

I would appreciate your prompt intervention in this matter so that appropriate action can be taken and other job seekers are also protected from potentially similar practices.
