I had a parcel that was supposed to be delivered on November 6th and Delhivery has again and again delayed the parcel. The parcel contains perishable items and when contacting the customer care they have told me that the parcel is delayed due to unknown reasons or misplaced. But not a single sure answer. They have been delaying the parcel on and on.
