I am submitting this complaint against Amazon India regarding repeated failures in fulfilling the promised benefits of Amazon Prime membership. Despite paying for Prime, which guarantees one-day delivery, I have consistently faced late deliveries, false delivery reports, and poor customer service.

Over the past year, more than 10–15 of my orders have been delayed by 4–5 days. In several cases, delivery agents falsely marked “customer not at home” despite me being present, and calls were disconnected within seconds. Packages have even been delivered at midnight and left carelessly at my doorstep.

I have repeatedly contacted Amazon’s customer care, but the responses are limited to apologies without corrective action or compensation. This amounts to misleading advertising and unfair trade practice, as Prime membership is marketed with guaranteed fast delivery.

3. Ensure accountability for false delivery reports and negligent practices.
