For last 2 weeks Jio Fibre agents are not repairing and rejecting schedule visit.

I have a jio fibre connection(post paid) in Ranchi Jharkhand I paid all the money for last month. Now my jio fibre is not working event after raise the complain using my jio app, no agents were visited and against the complain it is showing resolved. I booked again and nothing is happening. No customer grievances or rating nothing for this type of visit. Event there were no customer care service available regarding the booking and problem resolving.
I paid for whole month and my next billing period is coming. Still now no one is showed up for resolving the issue.
Its the one of the worst experience i ever have from a telecom company. Even those who are giving fresh connections for jio fibres were saying that call to customer care.
Kindly resolve this situation as soon as possible.
