WINMAN SOFTWARE LLP, had made mistake on function of it's own software in violating the PROVISIONS OF INCOME TAX ACT, 1961. Later when I point it out and indicate the mistake WINMAN SOFTWARE LLP had accepted their mistake on their software functions. Thus, immediately they provide a grant by confirming & promising on their email to waive as refund of my last full renewal amount. They requested for my bank details I had provide it as reply. Later, they asked for cancelled cheque of my bank account details with the intension to not to refund it, hence they deferred and delay it. Later when I contact they informed me that they will offer 50% discount on current year renewal price of their software, instead of Rs.11300/- of my last renewal amount. Meanwhile they had not response or replied properly to all my emails, customer care/support call to their office, they simply neglected me.
