Food order not delivered and amount not refunded

I made an order on 6 Aug, 2025, at around 7:30pm. I waited for like 1 hour and didn’t receive my order nor any update. Then my delivery agent calls me and lets me know that the store didn’t receive any order at all. I talked to the store manager at KFC Selaiyur, Chennai and he said it’s rush hour and there is an issue here; they didn’t get the order. He asked me to share the order details via Whatsapp and the refund would be sent. I had to wait more than an hour, hungry, and finally they say they can’t deliver! The delivery agaent, on the other hand, asked me to cancel the order which I couldn’t. He kept pestering me to cancel the order, which I told him I couldn’t do. So, he asked me share the OTP, which I did, and the order was shown as ‘Completed’. Finally, I sent the store manager the order details along with the payment details for the refund by around 9 Aug, 2025. It’s 28 Aug today and I still haven’t received any refund yet. I had made another order on 10 Oct 2025, for ₹ 752.72, where the money was debited but the order was not complete. I called the customer immediately after that and he said that he will escalate this and the refund will be issued. It's been a few months after all of this and still there's no refund or proper response from them. I've been in constant contact with them and all they say is that they're looking into this. It is really tiring and frustrating to keep checking on this again and again.
