I ordered from kfc through swiggy app my order amount was 598rs a delivery guy came near my locality but didnt deliver me the order and app showed it as delivered.then i called the delivery guy but he didnt pick my call after that i chatted with swiggy agent for same so he also tried to call the delivery guy but he didnt pick up call after they asked me to email to swiggys email for further refund but now they have send me email that they will not compensate for my loss
