Dear Sir,
My name is Okram Santa On September 04 i have ordered some food through Zomato apps my Order ID is 7236812376 before they made my food i have Cancelled the order due to some urgent work but my payment was already done So i mailed to Zomato for refund my money but they are not taking any serious and even their customer care also not listen my request. So please Kindly take necessary action and get my fund refund immediately.

Thread 'Food Not delivered but payment done'

HI Sir,
I have ordered some food through Zomato against order id - 6842707763 on 2nd of May and payment for the same was done at time of ordering but my food was still not delivered whereas on Zomato app its showing food delivered. Even after complaining multiple times i didn't received my money back from Zomato. Kindly take necessary action and get my fund refund immediately.
