I am writing to express my strong dissatisfaction regarding my recent order for an TX-BPW Cyan New Wireless 1800 Watt, 60 Bar Rechargeable Battery Pressure Washer.
Despite the promised delivery date, I have yet to receive my item. The delivery has been rescheduled day after day without any clear explanation. I even took the initiative to visit the nearby delivery hub, but the staff there were unable to locate my package. They informed me that they would search for it and might have an update in a day or two, but could not provide any certainty.
It is extremely frustrating to experience such significant delays and lack of accountability from a platform of this size. If a delivery cannot be fulfilled within the promised timeframe, or if there are insufficient delivery agents, orders should not be accepted with one-day delivery guarantees. This has been a very poor experience compared to other e-commerce platforms.
