Hello,
I have ordered a 1.5 ton Air Conditioner as pre-paid terms on 27th April 2026 from Flipkart and the expected delivery was on 29th April 2026 somehow the order was not delivered on 29th April. I thought there might be some transportation issue so i waited 24 hours for order to deliver. After waiting i contacted Flipkart support team and they informed me that there is some logistics issue with the order so please wait till 1st May 2026.
I patiently waited till 1st May and order was not deliver even there were on update on the order tracking. so again i contacted Flipkart support on 2nd May 2026. This time they said that there is an issue with the delivery agency so this order will get cancelled, please place new order and we will refund your money once the order get cancelled.
Today is 5th May 2026, there is no progress on my order neither it got cancelled nor my money is refunded. I contacted Flipkart support almost 20 times and they keep saying to wait for another 48 hours and keep disconnecting the call.
I ordered the same 1.5 ton Air Conditioner as pre-paid terms on 2nd May and luckily it got delivered next day but now the AC installation from Flipkart is not coming and the order is kept as it is for more than 48 hours.
