I saw Flipkart was selling TVS bikes online. In Sep 2026, there was early bird sale and I saw good offers. I connected with dealer (TVS Authorised) and they told they accept Flipkart Orders. So I selected that dealer and placed the order. Order was confirmed and as per instructions in Flipkart, I paid the additional amount towards registration and Insurance to the dealer and seller. Then the status was showing registration under way. Seller invoiced the vehicle in my name. Then later it showed order cancelled by Seller. I checked with seller and seller is claiming they didn't cancel and Flipkart claiming seller cancelled. I emailed/ had phone call with both Flipkart and TVS regarding the issue for nearly a week and no resolution. Flipkart refunded the amount. Seller told me that I need to pay the full ex-showroom price ( no discount which I early got in Flipkart) inorder to register and deliver the vehicle. I told them I was only ordering because of the offer price. Then they told will refund the amount after deducting processing charges of Rs 3000. Now I have lost my mental peace as well as my money. I still haven't received refund from dealer as on today
