I purchased a Samsung Galaxy Tab A11 from Flipkart (Order ID: OD336687006412048100) on February 2, 2026, which was delivered on February 4, 2026 under Open Box Delivery. Later, I discovered that the tablet was already registered with Samsung on January 7, 2026, proving that a used product was sold as new.
Despite providing documentary proof from Samsung and following up with Flipkart multiple times, Flipkart refused to resolve the issue and denied a refund, asking me to contact the brand instead. I am seeking a full refund and compensation for mental harassment and deficiency in service.
