I had done the order of Sleepycat mattress from Flipkart of size 70*72*8 but i had received wrong product with specification of 72*76*6 which is totally different in size.
I had raised the return request just after the delivery and they are not accepting the return request from last 6 days. I am continuously following with them but they are not responding neither on mail nor on the case raised in the application.
They are closing the case without providing the solution and even they are not informing me . silently they are closing the return request from the backend.
I need your support to solve the problem
