Hello Team,
I am a registered seller on Flipkart. I am filing this complaint against a fraudulent return/logistics issue where my product has been misplaced/stolen, and a fake status has been updated in the system.
A customer ordered a jacket, which was later approved for return due to a size issue ("SIZE_SMALLER"). However, the logistics partner never visited my location to deliver the return, nor did I ever refuse any package. Despite no delivery attempt being made to me, the status was updated on June 9th as
"Rejected by seller (Delayed)".
It has been around 50 days since the return was approved, and I have received neither my product nor any payment/reimbursement from Flipkart. Since the system automatically marked it as rejected by me, standard help tickets are not yielding a proper resolution. I request an urgent investigation into this logistics malpractice and demand my due reimbursement.
