my product was picked for return and still it was not updated from delivery agent . now its been more than 20 days , i didn’t got the refund . and 5hey are not even updating it to system.
i have one issue regarding my order id = OD33813094923772100
i have returned this product on 22-7-2026, as the return policy on this article was till 30-7-2026. My product was picked by one of your agent named mohit pandey. He entered my society oand visited my place and picked the product on 22-7-2026, around 11:13 am and left society around 01:38 pm ,but did not updated on flipkart’s system. now its been more than 20 days , i am waiting for my refund money but i am not getting any help from your customer service centre. No one is able to resolve this issue. i have few details of the delivery agent who came to pick up the product that day . his name was mohit pandey , phone number = 9873239277.

kindly resolve my issue .Please return my money worth rupees 583, which was paid via cash on delivery.
