Issue 1: AC Not Cooling Properly From the very first day after installation, the AC is not cooling as expected. It is performing more like a cooler rather than an air conditioner. Being a brand-new 1.5 Ton Split Inverter AC, this performance is completely unacceptable. Issue 2: No Return/Support Option on Flipkart I have repeatedly tried to initiate a return request through the Flipkart app, but every time it shows “Something went wrong, try again later.” I also waited for customer support chat assistance for a long time, but received no proper response. This has caused extreme inconvenience and disappointment.
Flipkart should provide an immediate return option for this defective AC. I tried all of their customer care, through help centre , call , email etc. Noone responding. I am completely feeling helpless now. as a low income person, this is high amount for me. But if i am not getting right product its very disappointment. Please do the need full and help me return this defective product.
I raised a complaint on consumerHelpLine.gov.in . My Docket Number is 9246673.
Flipkart Replied on that and auto closed the case . Flipkart said ask to whirlpool. How can it be. My Return Eligible date was 03/May/2026
I send approx. 4 email to Flipkart before 03/May/2026. I have all the proof. I send email from deepaksaryal86@gmail.com
I send email to all higher authority of Flipkart. Its irresponsible response from Flipkart

Whirlpool is not listening to me. Flipkart is saying go to Whirlpool. After spending 31458 to Flipkart + 4200 to whirlpool for Installation of new AC. Is this what i am getting. Flipkart has cheated with me.
