Hi I have ordered water purifier of PUREIT from Flipkart (OD438926382448372100) and at the time of installation it found it is faulty when we raised request for return flipkart informed this is brand support and they will provide you the replacement but PUREIT straightaway denied and provided the job sheet where they have mentioned new product is damaged and same has been submitted to FLIPKART but now flipkart is not ready to accept the letter and closed my return request.
