I am writing to formally escalate my complaint regarding order ID OD437473657372079100.
The product delivered to me was defective/faulty, and despite raising the issue through your support system, no proper resolution has been provided. I have already shared the required proof, including photos/videos of the defective product, but the matter still remains unresolved.
I am highly disappointed with both the seller’s conduct and the lack of action taken by Flipkart against the vendor, This experience has caused unnecessary inconvenience and loss of trust
