I have returned my order ( order id: OD337564629777059100) on 23/05/2026. While opting for refund option i have chosen for gift card voucher. Till today (01/18/2026) I have not received any refund. I checked with the customer care several times and i didn't get any proper reply. Customer care support of is so pathetic that we get the assistance of only automated generating messages. Even after requesting to get a customer care executive, they are not providing it. I have raised my concern regarding the refund through the mail with flipkart on 30/07/2026, and they have not sorted out my problem yet. The product that I have purchased cost RS.651. Even after two months of returning the product, im not getting my money back. This is highly concerning that my money is stuck somewhwere and no one is responsible to return it. Every penny is worth its value and i need my money back.
