Dear Sir,
Regarding the Flipkart order number OD437571777392347100 for the purchase of Symphony 50 L Tower Air Cooler (White), the product was delivered to me on 16th May 2026. Since this was not an Open Box Delivery, the delivery executive did not open or verify the product at the time of delivery.
After the delivery executive left, I opened the package and found that the product was damaged/broken. I immediately raised a replacement request and have been continuously following up with both Flipkart and the seller. Although I was initially assured that the replacement would be processed within 2 days, the request was later rejected, and I was asked to take the 5-foot-long damaged product to a service centre for repair, which is completely unacceptable for a newly delivered damaged product.
I then escalated the issue to the Flipkart Escalation Team. Based on my complaint, a refund request was raised on my behalf. On 21st May, the seller’s representative came with a replacement product, but unfortunately, even that product had the same defect, which clearly indicates a manufacturing issue. The representative then took back both the original damaged product and the replacement product.
However, even after 4 days, I have still not received my refund. The order status is now showing “Return Request Rejected.” This means I currently have neither the product nor my money. I feel completely cheated and extremely disappointed with the way Flipkart has handled this issue.
There has been no proper response from Flipkart despite multiple follow-ups and repeated attempts through the Flipkart Escalation Team, Expert Resolution Team, and customer support channels. Instead of resolving the issue, the teams are simply bypassing the complaint without providing any concrete solution or refund update. This kind of response is extremely disappointing and unacceptable from a company like Flipkart.
